I know it's been a couple weeks, but earlier this month we here at
Tie'd Up tried our hand at hosting a party in the college town of Rexburg, Idaho. And let me tell you... it was a major success! The most interesting part was the venue we decided to hold it at. It was at a Healing & Wellness Spa. Yup, a spa... and THAT was the beauty of it! On the top floor we had a dance floor with DJ Matt Hoffman and a kitchen area with food, drinks, and ice cream from local sponsors; the main level had a common room with access to our tie inventory,
Tag-a-Tie, and some cool watches. There was also access to 3 different automated massage beds, infrared saunas, a movie theater, game room, raffles, and a photo booth!
At one point a police officer showed up to see what had gathered nearly 500 people (and probably wondered why so many were wearing ties) but all was well and after talking to him he asked me for my business card and went on his way ;)
Due to it's success, we have been begged to help throw more parties in the future. And all we have to say to that is... "You Bet!"
